-Coordinate with and monitor external technology partners to maintain smooth functioning of own
website and identify and implement new avenues to improve customer experience and improve
upon key website metrics
- Identify, plan and implement new initiatives to increase revenue, improve customer experience
and operational efficiency for website
- Co-ordinate with planning and merchandising teams to ensure availability of inventory at all times
in line with sales expectations for website & campaigns for marketplaces
- Monitor and implement product launches and marketing calendar on own website and
marketplaces
- Work closely with marketplace teams to maximize brand visibility& catalogue enhancement
- Ensure on quality of content on marketplaces & own website
-Knowledge for advertising tool (Flipkart, Amazon) for campaign management & optimisation
-Develop and monitor online campaign budgets for website & marketplaces
-Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
