Job Description:

1. Job Location : Kirti Nagar, New Delhi ( Delhi West)

2. Experience - Min 2 Yrs in same industry

Skills Required :

a. Good Knowledge of Working on Online Marketplaces such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, Amazon, Etc.

b. Should be able to send/receive e-mails.

c. Good knowledge of working on Internet/Computer.

d. Deep Knowledge of Working on Microsoft Office.

e. Awareness of Basic Accounting

f. Good communication skills in verbal as well as in written communication required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create product listings on sites like eBay, Amazon etc.

• Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formulae

• Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers

• Coordinate with client staff to make sure we have up to date inventory data

• Address customer complaints on phone and email

• Coordinate with people at eBay, Amazon, etc for deals & promotions
