Roles and Responsibilities:

· Preparing and maintaining records of product inventory

· Execute website updates including site content, product information & any ongoing sales

· Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways

· Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues

· Handling customer queries

· Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms

· Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

· Contribute to new processes that streamline e-commerce workflow

Requirements

Proven experience as a Ecommerce Executive or relevant role

Proficiency in English

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

· Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and motivated

· Eagerness to learn and expand into other departments when necessary

Fast learner and passion for ecommerce industry

· Strong communication and analytical skills
