We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an E-commerce Marketplace Senior Executive. The ideal candidate will have more than one year of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:

Manage our presence and performance on various e-commerce platforms.

Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising.

Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Respond to customer reviews and inquiries promptly.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Graduation is a must).

Previous experience in e-commerce marketplace management.

Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart and Shopify.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
