Order Management: Handle the complete order fulfilment process from order receipt to
f
inal delivery across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Inventory Control: Manage stock availability, coordinate with the warehouse team, and
update inventory systems for accurate order processing.
Order Tracking: Track and monitor order status on various platforms and ensure timely
dispatch.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service
teams to maintain smooth order flow and resolve order-related issues.
Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order and inventory reports using MIS
systems.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the order processing cycle and recommend
solutions for efficiency improvement.
Peak Period Management: Handle high-volume order processing during peak periods, such
as festivals or promotional campaigns.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for on-time order
dispatch and delivery.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve order discrepancies and work towards ensuring customer
satisfaction through timely delivery.
