Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online stores on Amazon, eBay and other marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Store Management:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, eBay, BestBuy and other marketplace.

• Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for SEO.

• Regularly update and maintain the product catalog to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and discontinued items.

• Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the order processing, including packing, shipping, and tracking.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, - ₹30, per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift : 4:00PM To 1:00AM
