Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online stores on Amazon, eBay and other marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Store Management:

Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, eBay, BestBuy and other marketplace.

Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for SEO.

Regularly update and maintain the product catalog to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and discontinued items.

Order Fulfillment:

Oversee the order processing, including packing, shipping, and tracking.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15, - 30, per month

Schedule:

Evening shift : 4:00PM To 1:00AM
