Digital Marketing:

Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
Customer Experience:

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and promptly.
Sales & Analytics:
Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.

Inventory & Order Management:
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in a customer-centric manner.
Market Research:
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
