Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listing, pricing, and inventory management.

Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.

Content Management:

Create, update, and maintain product descriptions, images, and other relevant content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and persuasive content for promotional campaigns.

Digital Marketing:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and affiliate marketing.

Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from browsing to post-purchase.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and promptly.

Sales & Analytics:

Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.

Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Inventory & Order Management:

Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment.

Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in a customer-centric manner.

Market Research:

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, andbestpractices.
