Key Skill Sets Requirements

1. Strong Analytical Capabilities - Reconciliation on marketplaces, dynamic pricing etc.

2. 5+ years of experience in scaling brands/ categories across marketplaces

3. P&L Management experience is a key skillset to have.

4. Ability to stay organized and systematic in a fast-paced company to ensure critical requirements are not missed

5. Digital Marketing knowledge across platforms like Amazon,Flipkart,Myntra,Ajio,Meesho is a must.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on tangible outcomes

7. Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills

8. Past experience of leading and managing teams

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
