Coordination with buyers and outside suppliers (local and import) for catalogue creation & enrichment.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the product descriptions and attributes across all our digital platforms, website & mobile app.
• Responsible for product upload and ensuring the accuracy of the product’s taxonomy, sequencing, and images in the database.
• Assist Web merchandising and marketing team in optimizing the customer journey, conducts a review of product rails according to sales, promotion & stock availability.
• Supports the customer service and warehouse teams for after-sales service management and customer issue handling.
• Coordinate with the buyer’s team for new product launch tracker & with the studio team for photoshoot schedule and other digital asset requirements.
• Information Management tools would be an extra advantage.
• Strong team player and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Data analysis for informed decision making and reporting.
• Provides overall backend support for website optimization thus contributing to company sales.
• Excellence in MS. Excel is must with a working knowledge of BI & Tableau.
• Knowledge of the ERP System (MS-Navision) , PHP based e-commerce platform (Magento) and Product.
