Overview- An echo technician, also known as a cardiac sonographer or echocardiographer, is a healthcare professional who uses ultrasound technology to produce detailed images of a patient's heart, allowing doctors to diagnose and treat various heart conditions by assessing the heart's structure and function; their primary responsibilities include operating ultrasound equipment, preparing patients for the procedure, capturing high-quality images, and collaborating with cardiologists to interpret results and ensure accurate patient care.

Key duties of an echo technician:

Performing echocardiograms:

Operating ultrasound equipment to capture images of the heart chambers, valves, and blood flow dynamics.

Patient preparation:

Explaining the procedure to patients, addressing concerns, and positioning them appropriately for the scan.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
