Job Description:
As an Earthwork Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage earthwork operations at construction sites in Singapore. As an Earthwork Supervisor, you will oversee and manage earthwork operations at construction sites in Singapore. Your responsibilities include supervising and coordinating excavation, backfilling, grading, and compaction activities according to project specifications. You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety procedures and mitigate risks. Collaboration with the project team and providing technical guidance to site personnel is essential. You must possess a valid Earthwork Supervisor Certificate and BCSS Certificate, along with prior experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of earthwork methods, equipment, and Singapore's construction regulations is required. Effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail are crucial in this physically demanding role.
Requirements:
Possess a valid Earthwork Supervisor Certificate issued by the relevant authority in Singapore.
Hold a valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety) Certificate.
Prior experience as an Earthwork Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of earthwork methods, equipment, and safety practices.
Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
