Manage & maintain Business Head/Managements electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary Process Business Heads correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt Maintain Business Heads office systems, including Contacts, data management and filing chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Business Head preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Maintain reports related to new order bookings.
Ability to maintain complete client information along with booking details in Sales application (Application training will be provided).
Prepare correspondence on behalf of the Management, including the drafting of general replies. Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the Management/Business Head Manage Business Head/management’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation)
Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required. Follow up and monitor the progress on action items decided in the meetings and expediting their resolution.
