We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to join our newly started business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our E-commerce operations, including vendor procurement, website management, day-to-day operations, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Vendors for Procurement: Communicate with vendors to procure products, negotiate terms, and maintain positive relationships.
Website Management: Update product listings, descriptions, and images on the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth functioning of all E-commerce operations, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
Monitor Targets and Performance: Set targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Experience with E-commerce Platforms: Proficient in working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
Cataloguing and Sales Management: Manage product catalogues effectively and implement strategies to drive sales.
Social Media Ratings and Reviews: Utilize social media platforms to enhance product ratings and reviews, fostering customer engagement and loyalty.
Product Delivery Life Cycle: Understand the entire product delivery life cycle, from procurement to customer delivery.
Inventory Management: Handle inventory of new products, packaging materials, damaged products, returned orders, and cancelled orders efficiently.
Daily Activity Planning: Plan daily activities to achieve targets effectively and efficiently.
Order Processing: Pick and pack products for dispatch in a timely manner and prepare invoices and shipping documents.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics services providers to ensure on-time and accurate shipment pickup and delivery.
Monthly Reporting: Generate and submit monthly MIS reports on time, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
