Job description
We are seeking an E-Commerce store manager who is in charge of everything that happens on the store's website and marketplaces, including the posting/display of goods, ensuring that all links work, updating the database, and, of course, customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop E-commerce strategy, plans, budgets, and forecasts to increase brand presence to drive disruptive growth for the organization.
Action planning and execution for an online store, marketplace strategies, and SEO.
Product planning, product listing, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other aspects of online store management are all part of the process.
Managing the pricing strategy for the products on the market.
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
Analyzing Marketing data - Impression/ Clicks / CTR/ Sales & deciding on the new strategies
Creating, editing, and updating product listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
Manage all E-commerce operational issues, such as store housekeeping, administrative responsibilities, physical inventories, price changes, and so on.
Constant keyword research and analysis for product listing.
Analysis of product sales on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure that all orders have been properly documented and are ready for pick-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in English is necessary, and also strong verbal and written communication skills.
3-5 years of working exposure in e-commerce sales.
Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales through online channels.
Must have worked in any online store of the companies that worked on the Amazon/Flipkart portals.
