We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manger to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback and managing issue resolution.

• Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.

• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.

• Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services

• Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it

• Responsible to manage inbound and outbound calls to recover from applicable/assigned accounts/costumer.

• Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 2-5 yr.

Age: Below 35 yrs.

Location: Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.

Salary: 10k- 20k per month.
