E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales platforms. The person will manage the daily operations of the e-commerce site, develop strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience, and collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient digital sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and optimize product listings and pricing.

Website Management: Oversee website functionality, ensuring an optimal user experience, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness.

Use of Digital Marketing tools : Implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media) to drive traffic and revenue.

Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to optimize e-commerce performance.

Customer Experience: Ensure smooth order fulfillment, manage customer feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.

Proficiency in Shopify e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
