Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage product listings, including content creation, pricing, inventory management, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Monitor and enhance the online customer journey, addressing any issues related to site performance, user experience, and customer service. Implement tools and strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, more preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc) and digital marketing tools (., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.
