Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year

COMPULSORY EXPERIENCE IN E Commerce platforms like (or similar)

Should work on online platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart , Myntra, etc.

Supervise and follow up with executives of online sales enquires as well as opportunities

Provide support to customer for building and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Provide weekly reports on campaign performance including engagement, revenue generation etc.,

Prepare Invoices, should do payment follow-up with E-commerce portals

Perform other duties as assigned.

Have excellent spoken and written English

Prior experience as a graphic designer, content writer/ Knowledge of Photoshop/ social media will be added advantage
