-Responsible for handling day-to-day operations on seller panels of various online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopclues, Snapdeal, Paytm, etc.

-Creating listings for the entire range of product portfolios for several clients

Monitor online customer feedback

-Processing orders for clients through seller panels on the various marketplaces

-Implementing promotional offers on a regular basis as per client's requirements or as suggested by the category managers

-Maintaining follow up with all e-commerce portals for resolving any issues (Claims, Overcharges, etc.) which might cause hindrances in the day to day operations

-Updating keywords etc. to facilitate effective search results for different products

-Must have knowledge of FBA, A plus cataloging
