Job Responsibility:

Manage paid advertising and reporting/analysis for e-commerce marketplace accounts.

• Advertising, and marketing at Amazon Flipkart.

• Research and development of new online marketing strategies.

• Managing catalogue listing and product uploads on all portals.

• Order Management Orders approvals, processing, assigning to vendors & logistic partners, maintaining

order status.

• Manage customer returns / exchanges resolve customer concerns/problems to maintain high customer

satisfaction rating.

• Having an analytical approach to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and sales analysis.

• Handle any issues that arise.
