Understanding of all online portals like Amazon,Flipkart, myntra etc

Quantity Update on regular basis.

Manage Shipping of items.

Listing & Catalogue Management on different online portals (Single and bulk Listing).

Brand filtering and Listing correction.

Monitor the competitor pricing and listing new products.

Returns Management and Claim of our products.

Responsibility of operations, execution, sales on all e-commerce and our own website too.

listing updating of products on all websites in such a manner that is will improve Company brand presence, visibility which turns out into sales.

Inventory Management along with Stock existence updating on a frequent basis in the database.

Comparison of prices and products listing from other competitive websites.

Monitoring of sales, catalog, promotions, returns, refund, customer issues, and update accounts, replacement process Etc.

Competitive analysis of salable products and their product range too.

Ensure great customer experience on our listings.

when working in a team you have to assist your juniors to attain proficiency.

Other responsibility related to the technical aspect.
