Responsible for Complete Ecommerce Sales / Fulfillment Related Tasks:

You will be responsible for the following:

Increase sales output for the online mode of business through key account relationship management

Coordinate with merchandisers and clients to ensure maximum visibility

Manage the entire order fulfillment process with 100% detail and accuracy.

Update partners of promotions and maximize sales per site / per sku

Process orders received from the customer.

Update inventory panels on daily basis

Create and maintain correct product data sheets

Ship the order to the customer as needed with the help of a team of packers.

Track the order from the courier company and communicate to partners / customers of status, as required.

Maintain proper records at every step of the process as required

Update panels on partner sites / own sites / other places as required.
