Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations of our products in e-commerce platform, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce systems and processes, with excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Oversee order processing, coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch, and manage returns and exchanges.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, update product listings, and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
Platform Management: Update product pages, monitor platform performance, and collaborate with marketing on promotions.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis: Track e-commerce performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) and external vendors to streamline operations.
