Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Store Specialist with hands-on experience in Shopify order processing and management. The ideal candidate will have basic experience using Shopify, be proficient in taking product images, and possess excellent written and spoken English skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:

- Process and manage orders through Shopify.

- Update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images on the Shopify platform.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure stock availability.

Product Photography:

- Capture high-quality images of products for online listings.

Customer Service:

- Respond to customer inquiries, Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Data Analysis:

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize store performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Shopify, including order processing and store management.

- Basic photography skills with the ability to take and edit product images.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of SEO practices.
