Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online stores on Amazon, eBay and other marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Online Store Management:

* Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, eBay, BestBuy and other marketplace.

* Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for SEO.

* Regularly update and maintain the product catalog to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and discontinued items.

* Order Fulfillment:

* Oversee the order processing, including packing, shipping, and tracking.

* Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.

* Sales Optimization:

* Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.

* Implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.

* Monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive.

* Marketing and Promotions:

* Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advertising strategies.

* Utilize platform-specific tools to enhance product visibility and attract customers.

* Performance Monitoring:

* Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.

* Conduct regular analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

* Prepare and present performance reports to management.

* Customer Service:

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

* Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
