Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Seller Account Management
Oversee all aspects of the Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and account health monitoring.
Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.
Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor competitor activity and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Handle order fulfillment, returns, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Instagram Shop & Social Commerce
Set up and manage the Instagram Shop, ensuring products are accurately tagged and showcased to target audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions tailored for Instagram.
Analyze Instagram insights and sales data to measure performance and improve strategies.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and drive conversions through direct engagement.
WhatsApp Shop Management
Manage the WhatsApp Business Shop, ensuring smooth catalog updates and customer interactions.
