Job Role and Responsibilities:
�� Managing Online E-Commerce Orders & Returns on portals like Amazon,
Flipkart, and eBay, daily.
�� Managing inventory listing, product display, product upload, and content
optimization on online portals like Seller, FBA, and Flipkart Assured warehouses.
�� Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and
general content.
�� Handling daily operations effectively like inventory, price updates & deals.
�� Responsible for listing Products, MRP, and Selling Prices of the Products.
�� Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and
general content.
�� Timely feedback & complaint management.
�� Managing communications between clients and the internal team.
�� Management of e-commerce orders and returns.
�� Keep track of Google ratings & reviews timely.
�� Instagram and YouTube content updates
�� Handling refunds, replacements, and Manual Orders.
�� Keep checking on B2B orders on the website
�� Photoshop-related posts for events/festivals
Working Days: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: 13k to 18k(per month ctc)negotiable
