Bachelors/Masters in Sales, Marketing Communications or related field is a plus.

Proven minimum of 2-3 years experience in E-commerce sales and customer

service.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Managing Online E-Commerce Orders & Returns on portals like Amazon,

Flipkart, and eBay, daily.

Managing inventory listing, product display, product upload, and content

optimization on online portals like Seller, FBA, and Flipkart Assured warehouses.

Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and

general content.

Handling daily operations effectively like inventory, price updates & deals.

Responsible for listing Products, MRP, and Selling Prices of the Products.

Manage e-commerce websites, looking after pricing, product descriptions, and

general content.

Timely feedback & complaint management.

Managing communications between clients and the internal team.

Management of e-commerce orders and returns.

Keep track of Google ratings & reviews timely.

Instagram and YouTube content updates

Handling refunds, replacements, and Manual Orders.

Keep checking on B2B orders on the website

Photoshop-related posts for events/festivals

Working Days: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: 13k to 18k(per month ctc)negotiable
