We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to handle Returns Management and Listing Management for our brand. The ideal candidate will manage product returns efficiently while ensuring optimized and accurate product listings on online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Returns Management:

Oversee and process product returns, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.

Coordinate with logistics teams for reverse pickups and replacements.

Address customer inquiries related to returns and refunds.

Maintain detailed records of returned items.

Listing Management:

Create, update, and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Monitor listings for errors, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with design and content teams for accurate and visually appealing listings.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel and basic computer applications.

Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
