Job description:
- Perform cold calling to B2B sales channel partners and effectively converting leads into sales.
-Handle incoming queries from company website and other digital media platforms, providing necessary information and addressing customer concerns.
-Collect and analyse customer feedback, preferences, and complaints for continuous improvement.
-Maintain accurate and timely End-of-Day (EOD) reports of sales data, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
-Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
-Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Stay updated with product and service, market trends, and suggest new avenues for growth.
*Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in BPO/KPO/Tele calling/BDM
- Exposure to the Pharma/Foods/FMCG industry will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one additional language.
- Possess good soft skills and a courteous demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency.
