Job Description:
As a Back Office Executive at our E-Commerce division, primarily focusing on Amazon operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the backend processes that drive our online retail operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, order processing, inventory management, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders received through Amazon's platform.
Ensure accurate entry of order details into the e-commerce system.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support sales and avoid stockouts.
Update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies as necessary.
Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Perform data entry tasks to update product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon.
Maintain accurate records of sales, shipments, and other e-commerce transactions.
Prepare reports and analytics on e-commerce performance as required.
Customer Support:
Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer queries related to orders, shipments, and product information.
Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization within e-commerce operations.
Propose and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bcom, BMS, business administration, or related fields are preferred.
Prior experience in e-commerce operations, particularly with Amazon, is advantageous but not required.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, particularly Excel).
