Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Management

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Myntra, and other online marketplaces to maximize visibility and conversions.

Ensure SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.

Monitor competition and adjust pricing, promotions, and strategy accordingly.

Handle account health, compliance, and seller performance metrics across platforms.

Order & Inventory Management

Oversee order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and inventory tracking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Implement automated order processing systems for efficiency.

Scaling & Growth Strategy

Drive sales growth through ad campaigns, promotions, and offers on Amazon, Myntra, and other platforms.

Leverage Amazon PPC, Myntra Ads, and performance marketing to scale revenues.

Identify and launch on new marketplaces to expand the brands reach.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and ad performance to optimize listings and marketing efforts.

Generate regular performance reports with insights and action plans.

Optimize for conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention.

Who You Are:

3-5+ years of experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

Proven experience scaling revenues and handling high-volume sales.

Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, and other marketplace dashboards.

Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, and marketplace promotions.

Ability to work with logistics, warehousing, and order management systems.

Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with marketplace account managers.
