We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Marketplace Associate. This position is open to fresher candidates, and those with up to six months of relevant experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing our presence on various e-commerce platforms.

Handle product listings, descriptions, and images.

Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to maintain stock.

Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content.

Respond to customer reviews and inquiries promptly.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Graduation is a must).

Basic knowledge of Excel, internet research, and English comprehension.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Passion for e-commerce and willingness to learn and adapt.
