Duty Manager

Job Description

1. Front Desk Operations: Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.

2. Guest Relations: Resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

3. Team Supervision: Leading and guiding front desk, concierge, and bell staff.

4. Room Assignments: Managing room allocations, upgrades, and special requests.

5. Hotel Security: Ensuring safety protocols, handling emergencies, and monitoring CCTV.

6. Communication: Coordinating with departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).

7. Problem-Solving: Handling room issues, guest disputes, and unexpected situations.

8. Compliance: Adhering to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

9. Reporting: Providing incident reports, guest feedback, and operational updates.

10. Cash Handling: Managing front desk cash transactions and reconciliations.
