We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Ductman to join our team for a return job opportunity in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various duct systems in commercial and residential buildings. This position requires an individual with a strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in duct installation, maintenance, and repair within the construction or HVAC industry.

Technical expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of ductwork materials, measurements, cutting, and installation techniques. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.

Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in ductwork installation and repair. Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Compliance: Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to duct installation to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Physical stamina: Ability to work in various weather conditions and in confined spaces. Must be capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment as required for the job.

Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and provide progress updates as necessary.

Time management: Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing work environments and schedules, as well as the ability to work overtime when necessary.
