Job Requirements:

1. Experience:

Proven experience as a Ductman in the HVAC industry.

Familiarity with ductwork fabrication, installation, and repair techniques.

Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and blueprints.

2. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ductwork layout, cutting, bending, and assembly.

Knowledge of various types of duct materials and their applications.

Competence in using hand and power tools for ductwork fabrication and installation.

3. Safety Awareness:

Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Knowledge of safety procedures related to ductwork installation.

4. Attention to Detail:

Precise measurement and cutting of ducts to ensure a perfect fit.

Careful sealing and insulation of duct joints to prevent air leakage.

5. Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
