We wish:

Graduate in any stream, post graduate in any stream (IT background is preferable)

Experience with LAMP Stack

Hands-on experience with Drupal 7

Hands-on experience with Core php

Should be able to produce clean and reusable component based on business requirement

Good Experience in OOP, Design patterns

Experience in at least one Javascript framework like jQuery, Ext-js framework

Experience with webservices like RESTful Web Services

Experience with RDBMS like MySql or Oracle

Database designing, Optimization

Experience with UI development like HTML, CSS, Javascript

Good presentation and communication
