Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and driven new graduate with a background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering to join our team as a Drone Operations Engineer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects involving drone flight operations, flight plan creation, and cutting-edge drone technology.

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 0-1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of drone flight operations.

• Create and optimize flight plans using specialized software (training will be provided).

• Support drone testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

• Collaborate with the team to implement drone solutions for various applications, such as surveying, mapping, and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during drone operations.

• Document operational processes, findings, and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering (new graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Strong academic background with exposure to flight plan creation, CAD tools, or related technologies during college projects or internships.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies.

• Basic understanding of drone technology is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
