Job Description:

• Driver duty at MD’s Car. (Two and Four-Wheeler)

• Helping in office work like, Taking Printouts, removing Xerox, visiting branch office for official work.

• Visiting Bank for office work, Visiting market place for office related work.

• Welcoming the guests and visitors, Serving Water and Tea and Lunch to guests.

• Obeying orders of seniors, follow them and complete the given work in time.

• Presentation Skills, Polite Verbal Communication, Able to Read and Write

• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders

• Monitor office expenditures and handle all office AMC contracts (Rent, Aqua- guard service, Computer Service etc.)

• Plan and supervise Order Pickups from Sellers.

• Track Delivery orders using company developed software.

• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure proper segregation and connection on correct routes.

• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively

• Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.

Selected Candidate shall have the following Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to Read, Write and computer friendly.

• Staying in Kalyan will be Preferred.

• Driving License Compulsory (two and Four)

• Male candidate only.
