Hiring for a designer for the manufacturing unit of a D2C brand ANA, delivering modest ladies garments like Abaya, Jilbab, Kaftan, Khimar, Namaz Makhna, Hijab, etc.

QUALIFICATION:

- NIFT graduate with significant experience in garments production

- Possess a deep understanding of traditional muslim wear

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand the demographic need, latest trend and design new Abaya as well as other modest wears

- Supervise master's pattern making and cutting techniques, in order to reduce fabric left-overs

- Train all the tailors to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail

- Create and modify patterns to achieve accurate fits and desired designs

- Exhibit expertise in various fabrics used, understanding their properties and best practices for handling

- Guide alterations and adjustments to achieve the perfect fit for customers.

- Provide professional advice and suggestions based on fashion trends and garment suitability.

- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the final product meets high standards of excellence.

- Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines for customer orders and alterations.
