Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement solutions to automate and streamline backoffice processes

Improve operational efficiency, accuracy and scalability

Integrate new solutions with existing framework, databases and APIs to bring process improvements

Analyze business requirements with key stakeholders, identify bottlenecks and propose innovative technological solutions

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guidelines

Create end-to-end testing and deployment processes and provide post-implementation support

Follow the best practices of coding, to maintain high quality deliverables and data integrity
