• Reviewing existing applications/websites & progressively developing an appropriate upgrade path.

• Analyzing & understanding requirements of the business & outlining specifications for all new development work.

• Taking the technical lead on projects, mentoring and developing team members

• Performing impact analysis & recommending appropriate technical solutions to address business challenges.

• Developing, testing & rolling out new applications within tight deadlines.

• Integrating to existing applications where necessary.

• Building user interfaces from pre-designed templates.
