Primary Technical skills require for L2 and L3 resource – , C#, Oracle, WCF, JavaScript, JQuery and TFS, Health insurance domain.
Functional Skills –
1. Knowledge of General Insurance, Health Claim knowledge is added advantage.
2. Prior experience as Support Developer would help because this requirement need classic troubleshooting skills, analytical skills, impact analysis, etc.
3. This role require quick understanding of code (.net as well as PL/SQL).
4. Support developer role is very dynamic, person might have to switch several tasks within a day. He should be flexible of quickly switch tasks.
5. Responsible for availability, incident, problem and capacity management for the applications in scope
6. Response and resolve incidents, problem and user queries through proper analysis
Manage communication for Incidents (SLA breaches, Application Major Incidents, Logistics issue) and responsible for communications within team, manager and department
7. Execute continuous service improvement plan, process improvement
8. Ensures essential process / procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
9. Communicate complex technical issues to business users in a language they understand
10. Contribute in effective knowledge management best practices within team and organization
11. Work closely with 1st & 3rd level support and development teams to the incidents, problem and users queries are resolved within SLA
