Job Description

Lead the kitchen operations, overseeing the preparation and cooking of all dishes, with a focus on dosa varieties and fusion creations.

Prepare dosa batter, fillings, and accompaniments (chutneys, sambar) while maintaining consistency and quality.

Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our luxury standards.

Manage kitchen organization, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring everything is stocked.

Train and guide Commis 2 and other junior staff on cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Innovate and suggest new ideas to enhance the menu or improve kitchen efficiency.
