Role and Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
Managing and resolving customer queries/status/complaints.
Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
Providing products and service information to customers.
Requirements
Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate, With minimum 1 year experience in Bpo voice/non voice process only is eligible
Candidate should have,
Communication skills
ling calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
ling calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
