• Pure day shift job.
• Responsibility to handle issues & queries from the customer.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

• Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution
• Maintain knowledge of all Existing and Upcoming products of the company.
• Should Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls
• Should adhere to targets given by the management.
Candidate Description
• Candidate with EXCELLENT ENGLISH/TAMIL communication skills. Additional language communication a plus( HINDI/TELUGU/MALAYALAM)
• Strong customer service background and positive attitude
• Minimum of 6 months of continuous BPO experience mandatory
• Highly self motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within lesser time frame.
• Good understanding of the current market position of the product to which the customer support service is provided.
