Job Title: Domestic Sales Associate Trainee- (Fatafat)

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh

We're seeking ambitious individuals for a 3-month internship as Trainee Domestic Sales Associates for our Fatafat program. Dive into aggressive telesales work with hard targets, focusing on selling our software solutions to small businesses in tier 2/3 cities. Successful achievement of targets during the internship leads to full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

Aggressively prospect and qualify potential clients to meet revenue targets within the assigned lead quota.

Conduct intensive market research to understand customer needs and industry trends for effective solution positioning.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to showcase the value of our software.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to craft tailored proposals for clients.

Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and manage customer relationships using CRM software.

Negotiate and close sales deals under tight timelines, ensuring achievement of set targets.

Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Participate actively in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.
