- Must check shipping instructions from clients and make bill of lading and other related documents and handle amendment requests

- Preparation of contract, Invoicing to clients as per instructions from relevant team

- Arranging payment for various vendors such as transporters, liners, CFS etc.

- Preparing pre-alert documents and sending to destination agent on time,

- Submitting documents to bank / Vendors for Payment
