Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build loyalty & brand awareness.
· Responsible for designing and implementing the communication strategy across all program interventions.
· Develop reports, case studies, success stories, field stories, videos, photos, and other media content that can be put up on the public forum to spread awareness of work.
· Coordinate with the policy and research teams to design outreach material for effective presentations to relevant stakeholders.
· Maintain social media image by regularly updating Twitter, Facebook, and blog accounts with meaningful content.
· Maintain and update website regularly to ensure that work is posted regularly for public view.
· Lead or support the preparation of newsletters, press releases, infographics, videos, and other communications Candidates should have:
· A minimum of a Masters degree Rural Development/Development Studies/Social Work/Social Sciences/Mass communication
· Priority will be given to Person with not less than three (3) years of experience.
· Working Knowledge of Hindi and English is compulsory
· Should have good working knowledge on computer skills
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
· Preparation of progress & others essential reports to be submitted to donor on time
· Consistency in data and information shared - Data accuracy
· Quality of Data analysis and projection
· Documenting Good Practices and sharing feedback with team
· Understanding and analyzing challenges faced documenting findings
· Result, Process and Good Practices documentation
