- Prepare and maintain purchase and sales contracts for the proper execution of designated commodity
- Coordinate accurately daily activity between the original locations and the freight companies, to ensure the goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner.
-Communicate regularly with the logistics department to ensure the accuracy of the executed files
- Prepare export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Phyto, COO, Bill of Lading, SGS, Cargo Insurance, and other applicable docs that may be required
- Prepare shipping instructions to be sent to the freight forwarder
-Communicate with the buyer to confirm approval of the export documents in a timely manner
- Track shipments on a regular basis in order to avoid any costly charges that may arise
- Record shipments in Graintrack and spreadsheet
- Communicate with the trans-loading facility to ensure proper TA’s are in place
- Use Online Banking to post all documents for export
- Use online courier services such as DHL, UPS or FedEx for shipping original documents
- Maintain online filing system (purchase & sales & logistics spreadsheet)
- Work with all departments in the organization.
- Will be required to work in the Canadian time zone. (6 pm to 4 am)
- Fluent in English communication.
