Job Summary:
The Documentation Executive will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and
managing all legal and operational documents related to real estate
transactions, including property deeds, agreements, and correspondence. The
role requires ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal standards, and timely
preparation of all documents to support the organisations operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
# Education:
- Bachelors degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in legal drafting or property laws is a plus.
# Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in documentation, legal drafting, or a
related role in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with property deeds, agreements, and legal formalities
in real estate transactions.
# Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and legal document
preparation tools.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, property registration processes,
and legal terminologies.
# Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and reviewing
documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
# Other Requirements:
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with
integrity.
- Willingness to travel for property registrations or document
submissions if needed.
